By joining the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You are 18 or older and provide true, complete and up-to-date information.
2. There is no employment, partnership or agency relationship between you and the platform; participation is autonomous and voluntary.
3. Commissions and rewards are credited under the rules in force, subject to validation, a release period and a minimum balance for withdrawal. Amounts, rates and rules may change at any time.
4. Credits may be audited, suspended, reversed or cancelled in case of fraud, artificial referrals, self-referral, chargeback, cancellation of the source transaction or breach of these terms.
5. You are solely responsible for taxes, filings and tax obligations on the amounts received.
6. Spam, misleading advertising, misuse of the brand or any practice that harms the image, security or operation of the platform is prohibited.
7. Your data will be processed under the applicable data protection law (LGPD), solely to operate the program and make payments; you authorise such use.
8. The platform may end the program or your participation at any time; irregular or unvalidated credits will not be due.
9. There is no guarantee of earnings; results depend on external factors.
10. The platform strives to keep its services stable and commits to an availability (SLA) of at least 80% per year, excluding scheduled maintenance and events of force majeure or third parties; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
11. Brazilian law applies.
